系統傳動比(bi)原(yuan)理:
機構中瞬(shun)時輸入速度與輸出速度的比值稱為機構的傳動比.

傳(chuan)動(dong)比(bi)計(ji)算法:
傳動比=使用(yong)扭矩÷9550÷電(dian)機功率×電(dian)機功率輸(shu)入轉數(shu)÷使用(yong)系(xi)數(shu)
傳動比=主動輪(lun)轉速與從動輪(lun)的比值(zhi)=它們分度圓直徑的反比。即:i=n1/n2=D2/D1
i=n1/n2=z2/z1(齒(chi)輪的)
單級(ji)與多級(ji)傳(chuan)動
單級(ji)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)指的(de)是(shi)沒有(you)(you)變速(su)(su)的(de),傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)比(bi)是(shi)恒定(ding)的(de)。 多(duo)級(ji)是(shi)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)比(bi)可(ke)調的(de),具有(you)(you)多(duo)級(ji)變速(su)(su)比(bi)得(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)。 對于多(duo)級(ji)齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)1、每兩軸(zhou)(zhou)之間的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)比(bi)按(an)照上(shang)面的(de)公式(shi)計(ji)算(suan)2、從*軸(zhou)(zhou)到第n軸(zhou)(zhou)的(de)總(zong)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)比(bi)按(an)照下(xia)面公式(shi)計(ji)算(suan): 總(zong)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)比(bi)ι=(Z1/Z2)×(Z3/Z4)×(Z5/Z6)……=(n2/n1)×(n4/n3)×(n6/n5)…… 與(yu)齒(chi)輪(lun)半徑沒有(you)(you)關系
